Communicated specialists questions with Calabrio team leads and engineering team to bring our viewpoints and blocks to light.

Mass Design Group Pro Bono Project

May 2021 - August 2021 - Selected by Mass Design Group to assist them with setting up an efficient BIM process for the projects between the US and abroad!

  • Program Includes: Cancer Center, Women’s Health, Breast Center, Bariatric Center of Excellence Specialties, Cardio Pulmonary Rehab, Phlebotomy

  • Expected Completion March 2021

  • $32 million 79, 500 SF out-patient clinical building

  • I am the current project architect for Long’s Peak Medical Center in Longmont, CO. I started on the project during at the beginning of Design Documentation and was hired to attend and present to users during the last few rounds of user meetings. During Design Documentation I coordinated and detailed the Build-Out documents. During Construction Documentation I was moved to coordinate and detail the Core and Shell documents. LPMC will be submitted in 4 Bid Packages: the last package is on hold due to a potential program change.

  • Program: Chemistry (60%) and Engineering (40%) Research Building with Shared Electron Microscope Facilities

  • As a Senior Design Professional at HOK I used my familiarity with GSFIC projects, having lead the design and construction of Georgia Highlands College at EYP (see below) to aid in keeping with contract standards in the state of Georgia. I prepared and attended user meetings with every department expected to occupy the building. I aided in the design of the laboratories, the coordination of the casework and the coordination with MEP engineers of the various laboratory needs.

  • Program: Higher Education Classroom Building including Class D Laboratories

  • $16.8 million, 59,500 SF. Completed August 2018

  • Construction Documents (Core and Shell), Construction Administration Lead

  • As the lead of construction documentation and construction administration for Georgia Highlands college, I compiled and submitted all document packages, aiding in writing and coordinating specifications, prepared and wrote addendums, review all shops drawings for the project, represented EYP at OAC meetings and preformed and lead the final punch of the building. I was also present for the ribbon cutting ceremony and opening of the building.

  • Program: Elementary Education (Associate Architect) Special Education and Therapy School (EYP/SBS)

  • $16.4 million, 67,500 SF.

  • For Shawnee I contributed to the Design Documentation and Schematic planning phases and did a majority of the detailing and resolving of the Core and Shell details.

Savannah Treatment Mall (GSFIC), project contributor. savannah, ga

  • Program: Mental Health Day Clinic

  • $3.8 million, 12,900 SF.

  • For Savannah Treatment mall I took my GSFIC (Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission) contract knowledge and aided my team in organizing the specifications and drawings for this project. I also drew the Core and Shell renovation details and coordinated the most complex equipment.
